RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All purchases made through our website are subject to these Return Policy terms, as well as our Terms of Service.
We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To start a return or exchange, contact us at grisboutiqueshop@gmail.com or (787) 482-5782.
Returns must be approved before sending. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
RETURN PROCESS
Once approved:
- Ship the item to the provided address
- Send tracking number after shipping
- You may also return items in person
STORE CREDIT
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
- Credit is valid for 30 days
- After 30 days, it becomes void
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale (Don't qualify for exchange or return):
- Dress
- White items
- Swimwear
- Items with embellishments or applications (such as sequins, patches, etc.)
- Discounted or sale items
- Gift cards
DAMAGES OR WRONG ITEMS
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
NO REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. All approved refunds will be issued as store credit only.
