All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Puerto Rico: 2-5 business days
  • United States: 3-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the shipment using the tracking information provided.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Please verify your shipping information before completing your purchase.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package has been shipped, Gris Boutique is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at grisboutiqueshop@gmail.com with photos and order details.

All cases will be evaluated in accordance with our Return Policy.


SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
